MISSOULA, Mont. — The Montana Tech Mining Team brought home several trophies from the 47th International Collegiate Mining Competition held at the University of Exeter’s Camborne School of Mines and the King Edward Mine Museum in England over the weekend.
The university took five teams to competition, consisting of 15 men and 15 women. The Orphan Girls Team took home second place overall out of 10 teams. All teams finished in the top 3 in at least one event.
Women’s Division:

2nd Overall and in Surveying
