Oregon State loses all-WCC forward Michael Rataj to the transfer portal

Oregon State’s 2025-26 men’s basketball took a blow Tuesday when forward Michael Rataj entered the transfer portal.

The 6-foot-9 Rataj was an all-West Coast Conference first team forward this season, averaging 16.9 points and 7.2 rebounds a game. A source confirmed to The Oregonian/OregonLive that Rataj entered his name in the transfer portal.

Rataj is the second Oregon State player to enter the portal since it opened Monday, joining guard Da’John Craig.
