Pair arrested in Waynesboro, charged with attempted murder after Maryland shooting

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man and woman have been charged in connection to a shooting that broke out in Maryland Sunday.

According to Hagerstown Police, 29-year-old Ashley Pennant and 32-year-old Darryl Robinson were arrested in Waynesboro after a shooting that happened on East Antietam Street.

Both are being held at the Franklin County Jail on attempted murder, handgun, and conspiracy charges and are waiting to be extradited back to MD.

Details of the shooting itself have not been released at this time.
