Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of hospitality group Accor, is set to open five new hotels across Asia, with locations in India, Japan, Vietnam, and Thailand.
The first of these openings is Fairmont Mumbai, which is scheduled to welcome guests next month. This property boasts 446 rooms and suites and is situated near the city’s international airport.

Guests can also enjoy five dining establishments, a wellness longevity suite, and an outdoor swimming pool.
In Rajasthan’s Aravalli Hills, Fairmont Udaipur Palace in India is preparing to open its doors in July 2025.
Spread across 18 acres, the hilltop palace will offer 327 rooms, more than 130,000ft² of event spaces, and a variety of dining options and bars.
Fairmont Tokyo is poised to open on 1 July 2025, marking the brand’s debut in Japan.
The hotel will be part of the Blue Front Shibaura Project, occupying the south tower and featuring 217 guest rooms and suites. Serving both local and international visitors, the rooms will offer Tokyo Bay and the city skyline views.
The hotel will feature a spa, fitness centre, indoor infinity pool, and multiple dining venues, including a Sky Chapel and the Fairmont Grand Ballroom.
Accor unveiled plans for the Fairmont Tokyo, built in collaboration with Japan’s real estate company Nomura Real Estate Development, in May 2022.
The brand’s entrance into Vietnam will be marked by Fairmont Hanoi, opening in November 2025.
Located near Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, the urban resort will feature 241 rooms, drawing inspiration from Vietnam’s traditional colours and lacquer craft.
It offers six dining and bar venues, a rooftop restaurant, a spa, a fitness centre, a bathhouse, and two swimming pools.
Lastly, Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit in Thailand, scheduled to open in November 2025, will offer 419 rooms, speciality restaurants, a rooftop bar, wellness and spa centres, and meeting rooms.
The hotel’s location is within walking distance of transportation hubs and views of Bangkok’s Central Business District. It will be LEED and WELL Green-certified.
In April 2023, Fairmont announced a new hotel in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India, which is scheduled to open this year.
