He told his rival: “Bother me then you will learn who I am.

I am going to f*** up you and all your family.”

Cops in his homeland issued a wanted poster and the Met Police arrested him in January.

But Albanian authorities were blocked from extraditing him after his lawyers at Westminster magistrates’ court successfully argued it was now too late to prosecute.

A Home Office spokeswoman said: “The Home Office has worked with the Metropolitan Police National Extradition Unit on Mr Buna’s case.

“Due to the statute of limitations laws in Albania the extradition request was removed

The Home Office did not say if Buna was seeking asylum or had been granted leave to remain.
