CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Willie Ray's Q Shack Owner, Willie Ray, is in Connecticut to represent the state of Iowa during the USS Iowa Commissioning Ceremony.

It's being held at the Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Conn. on April 5.
