SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) — Arkansas lawmakers are considering a bill to remove protections for the Buffalo River Watershed’s water quality. You might remember that a decade ago, the state spent millions of dollars to move a commercial hog farm discharging millions of gallons of waste into the watershed.
