Fiji Swimming had their final trials held yesterday for the Pacific Mini games in Palau which saw 31 athletes from around the country showcasing their skills.

Cheyenne Rova, the swimming manager for the Palau Mini Games, noted the swimmers’ impressive performances, making team selection easier.

Rova expressed delight at the focus and dedication of the swimmers during the trials, indicating a promising outlook for the team.

“All the swimmers are really doing well with their times today (yesterday), and that makes our work easier, and it’s great to see the swimmers in a focus mode.”

The upcoming Pacific Mini Games scheduled from July 25-August 4.
